What happens when I go for a treatment and
how long will it take?

The first treatment will take approximately one hour.
This will include a consultation which will take into account your medical history to ensure that treatment is personalised to your requirements.

Following sessions will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

When the reflexology treatment starts you may feel discomfort in certain areas which will indicate an imbalance in a corresponding part of the body. Generally the treatment is a pleasant and relaxing experience that stimulates your own body’s healing mechanism. Clients are surprised to find that the sensation they experience is not ticklish at all.

Following sessions will take approximately one hour.

The number of treatments required will vary depending on your body’s needs and this will be discussed with you at the initial consultation.
