My interest in reflexology evolved in the 1980’s when my Mother, told me about a therapy she had been introduced to through
St Catherines Hospice, where she worked and how many of the patients found reflexology enabled them to relax and improve their sleep, something that many of them found extremely difficult.
My interest evolved into becoming a fully qualified professional Reflexologist In 2004 where I learned of the many benefits reflexology can bring to peoples health and well being. I am constantly reviewing and attending courses that are relevant to continuing my professional development as there are many advanced techniques that can be of benefit in different situations

It is not necessary for clients to be unwell to visit as this is a wonderful therapy to aid relaxation after a stressful time.
